Welwyn St Mary's Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School is a primary school for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is four to 11. The school aims ro provide a broad and balanced curriculum. Many optional activities are provided for the children to take part in either during lunchtime or after-school. Sports fixtures are arranged on a regular basis for football, netball, rounders, lacrosse and athletics. Other clubs are cross-country, chess, computers, choir, craft, tennis, French and short tennis. The school aims to provide a secure but challenging environment where its pupils feel valued and develop a lifelong love of learning.
